Eager to tackle challenging topics and be part of the solution? Digital Leader Roundtables provide youth aged 13–17 with a space for meaningful, interactive discussions. Through the lens of the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), participants explore key issues and how emerging technologies can be ethically used to tackle global challenges.
Discuss issues or injustices, like climate change or hunger, that align with the UN SDGs.
Explore how to leverage technology ethically to innovate and address these challenges.
Identify actionable steps for advocacy and making a real impact beyond discussion.
"What would your grandchildren think of the job you did in charge? How would the decisions you made affect their world?"
"They should think: What did they do to actually fight something? What did they do to solve something? So if you're a government, you should have a goal. What do you want to achieve?"
"Listen to the next generation, because it's us, who has new ideas and we want to do something. And… it’s us who have to face the problems..."
"AI is not the future but the present, and we are already living with it and using it, so we need to understand how to use it responsibly."
"Every single SDG is important for different reasons … everyone can be helped and worked on."
"I like goal number five. What's a world where everyone doesn't have equal rights? I mean, it doesn't make much sense."
